Victoria  Phạm Thúy Vy, the second  runner-up of Miss Vietnam World 2010, has  been selected to represent  Vietnam in Miss World 2011 in London this  November. Victoria Phạm Thúy  Vy is 21 year old and stands 1.71 m. She  is currently a student of  Business Administration at the University of  California Berkeley.
